Wholesale & OEM Programme

Wholesale Hanfu for Boutiques, Theatres & Cultural Brands

From a 20-piece starter order to a 5,000-unit OEM run — we supply authentic, hand-finished hanfu to retailers, costume houses, photography studios, and cultural institutions across 38 countries.

The Programme

Built for serious buyers of heritage apparel

Our wholesale programme is designed for buyers who care about provenance as much as margin. Every garment is woven, dyed, and tailored in our partner ateliers in Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Chengdu — then consolidated, inspected, and shipped from our Guangzhou export hub. Tiered pricing kicks in at 20 pieces, and full custom OEM/ODM services open at 200.

What We Offer

Wholesale services beyond the box

Beyond bulk pricing, we support your business with white-label packaging, custom labelling, drop-shipping, and a dedicated account manager from your first enquiry onward.

Bulk Inventory

Stock our 12 ready-to-ship collections, from Ming dynasty mangkua to Tang dynasty chest-high ruqun, all held in our Guangzhou warehouse and ready for consolidated air or sea freight.

From 20 pieces

OEM Manufacturing

Send us a sketch, a reference garment, or a tech pack. Our pattern-makers and embroidery house will produce samples within 14 days, then scale to your full OEM order with your labels sewn in.

From 200 pieces

ODM Private Designs

Pick from 40+ original in-house patterns and have our design team modify silhouettes, fabric, or colourways exclusively for your brand. We never resell your exclusive ODM to another buyer.

From 300 pieces

Private-Label Packaging

Custom hangtags, woven labels, branded dust bags, and gift boxes printed in your design. Low minimums on digital labels and short-run boxes make premium packaging accessible at any tier.

From 50 pieces

Drop-Ship to Customers

Operate a hanfu storefront without holding inventory. We blind-ship directly to your end customers from Guangzhou, with your branded packing slip and tracking pushed to your store via API.

No MOQ

Six-Stage QC

Every wholesale order passes through fabric inspection, dye-fastness testing, mid-production check, pre-shipment audit, measurement audit, and a final hand-finish review by our master tailor.

How It Works

From first enquiry to doorstep, in four steps

A typical wholesale order moves from initial conversation to delivered carton in 18 to 35 days, depending on tier, customisation, and shipping method.

01

Consultation & Quote

Tell us your target market, price point, and volume. Within 24 hours your account manager sends a tier-based quotation with shipping estimates to your port.

02

Sample Approval

We ship a 3-piece mixed sample pack by DHL for $65 (credited against your first order). Revisions on fabric, fit, or trims are included in your sample fee.

03

Production & QC

Upon deposit, production begins in our partner ateliers. You'll receive mid-production photos and a pre-shipment QC report with measurements from 10% of your order.

04

Consolidation & Ship

Garments are folded, poly-bagged, and packed into export cartons at our Guangzhou hub. Air, sea, or courier — we book the most cost-effective route to your destination.

Why Partner With Us

Heritage craft, export-grade reliability

We were founded in 2011 by three textile-arts graduates who wanted to bring atelier-grade hanfu to international buyers without the trader markup. Twelve years later, we're still family-run and still in the same Suzhou workshop.

Atelier-Direct Pricing

No trading company, no middlemen. Your order goes straight to the weavers and tailors in our partner network, which means you keep 20–35% more margin versus sourcing through a Guangzhou export agent.

Authentic Pattern Library

Every silhouette is documented from a museum reference, a tomb fresco, or a surviving heirloom piece. Our pattern archives are reviewed by the China Silk Museum's textile conservators for historical fidelity.

Export Compliance

We hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification on all silk fabrics, and our dye house meets ZDHC wastewater standards. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for every shipment.

Low Minimums, Big Runs

Start with 20 pieces to test your market, then scale to 10,000+ units in the same fabric run. We hold yarn and dye lots in reserve for partners on annual contracts.

English-Speaking Team

Your account manager, our QC lead, and the production coordinator on your order all speak fluent English. No lost-in-translation moments on rush revisions.

Reorder Friendly

We keep your patterns, dye recipes, and trims on file for 24 months. Reorders of the same SKU ship in as little as 7 days from the Distributor tier upward.

Partner Stories

Trusted by buyers on five continents

We've sourced hanfu from four different suppliers over the years, and HanfuSupplier is the only one whose embroidery passes our in-house QA without rework. The Distributor tier pricing let us open a second storefront in Kyoto last spring.
