What arrives, what it costs, what happens next
You pay the courier. We pay for the silk, the embroidery, the picking, and the packing.
The sample pack is the most honest version of our wholesale program. There is no sample fee added to a future invoice, no obligation to convert, and no auto-renewing subscription waiting at the end. Once your reservation is approved, a senior account manager curates five finished garments from our 14,000-square-meter mills in Suzhou and Hangzhou — typically spanning three dynasties and including at least one hand-embroidered piece — and our export desk dispatches them inside seventy-two working hours via DHL or FedEx. Most buyers in North America and Europe receive the pack within seven days of reservation.
You examine the fabrics against your own studio light, run the garments past your merchandising team, and decide whether to issue a bulk order. Around thirty-eight percent of buyers who receive a pack convert to a first bulk order within ninety days; the remaining sixty-two percent keep our catalog on file and return when their customers ask. Either outcome is fine. The pack is designed to earn the second order, not to force the first.

Curation
A senior account manager — not a chatbot — selects five finished pieces from stock. The selection typically draws across Ming, Tang, and Song references and includes at least one hand-embroidered garment. You receive a digital preview card before dispatch.

Dispatch
The pack leaves our Hangzhou export desk inside seventy-two working hours of confirmation, sealed in OEKO-TEX certified tissue and accompanied by a printed dynasty reference booklet. Tracking is forwarded the same evening.

Decision
You examine the garments on your own timeline. If you wish to proceed, your account manager prepares a formal quote at factory pricing with a ten-piece MOQ per design. If not, the conversation simply closes — no retention sequence, no follow-up cadence.

The pack leaves our Hangzhou export desk inside seventy-two working hours of your confirmation. No payment is taken at this stage; the courier fee is invoiced separately after dispatch.
