Day 0
Submit the wholesale inquiry form or email [email protected]. Within one business day, your account manager sends the digital catalog (800+ certified designs), the 2025 price sheet by MOQ tier, and our vertical-integration brief. No registration fee.
Days 1–5
Select up to five physical garments from any dynasty collection — you pay shipping only, sample fees are waived. The pack leaves our Hangzhou hub within 72 hours via DHL Express. 38% of 2024 sample recipients converted to bulk orders, against an industry-reported 12%.
Days 5–8
Confirm sizes, colorways, embroidery placement, and any custom labeling. We issue a proforma invoice, a production timeline, and — for orders above 200 pieces — a hand-drawn specification sheet reviewed by our in-house textile historian. Deposit clears before production begins.
Days 8–22
Cutting, embroidery, and assembly happen across our three owned production facilities (14,000 m² total). Hand-embroidered pieces are routed to one of 14 master embroiderers (avg. 22 years' experience). Weekly progress photos are shared on request.
Days 22–25
Every garment passes a four-point inspection: seam strength, colorfastness, embroidery integrity, and measurement tolerance. Our SGS-audited Q4 2024 report confirmed a 99.2% on-time delivery rate — the inspection log is shared with buyers above 500 pieces on request.
Days 25–28
Shipment leaves via DHL or FedEx with door-to-door service. Documents included: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric traceability, and any requested retail compliance certifications. Tracking is provided within 12 hours of dispatch.

Three instrument types are honored across all tiers. Standard terms for new accounts are T/T 30/70; established buyers (three completed orders or twelve months active) qualify for L/C at sight and D/P terms.
